We are always looking for passionate interns who support our mission. Below you can find
information on the internships that we regularly offer as well as more project-specific and as-

Communications and Marketing Intern

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Curious, collaborative, organized, and able to balance multiple time sensitive projects
  • Background in communications, marketing, development, or related fields
  • Commitment to social, racial, and economic justice

Fundraising and Development Intern

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Curious, collaborative, organized, and able to balance multiple time sensitive projects
  • Background in development, research, public policy, or related fields
  • Commitment to social, racial, and economic justice

Policy and Advocacy Research Intern

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Previous experience with academic or public policy research in the social
    sciences
  • Strong qualitative or quantitative methodological skills
  • Experience or interest in grassroots advocacy and lobbying at the state and
    local level
  • Commitment to social, racial, and economic justice

Design and Technical Intern

  • Resourceful, creative thinkers interested in human-centered design
  • Experience or interest in architecture, art, information technology, data science or education
  • Commitment to social, racial, and economic justice
  • Experience with WordPress and website editing preferred but not required
