Libraries Without Borders US relies on the generosity of donors like you to achieve our mission of expanding access to information and knowledge to communities in need. Your gift, pooled with other support, helps us run year-round programs that make a tangible, immediate difference in the lives of under-resourced children and families across the United States. Your donation expands our efforts to increase access to education, information, and cultural
resources for disconnected communities across the country. Your donation supports our
programs and our day-to-day operations. LWB US allocates your donation according to our
organization’s needs and priorities in a manner that promotes efficiency and flexibility.
All donations are used to support our operations and core initiatives across the country. We
take our responsibility as stewards of your contributions seriously, and invest your support
directly into programs, fundraising, and advocacy that promotes equitable access to
information and knowledge.
Your recurring donations—whether large or small—make a big difference in the lives of the communities we serve. Through this type of support, we receive a steady stream of funding that allows us to expand and improve our efforts, build capacity, and develop as an organization. Libraries Without Borders US is a nonprofit organization (tax ID number 680666319) established in the United States under the US IRS Code Section 501(c)(3). Donations from persons or entities located in the United States may benefit from tax deductible status in federal income tax. Upon donation, you will be sent a tax receipt for filing.
For donations by check of over $250, LWB US will send you a fiscal receipt by email or mail; donations online receive immediate fiscal receipts.
Please send your request to sarah@librarieswithoutborders.us and a duplicate will be sent to you. In this request, include your first and last name, the date and amount of your donation, and your phone number and email address.
