Libraries Without Borders US is currently hiring for a Director of Development & Communications to join our senior leadership team.
The goal of this role is to lead and grow LWB US’s fundraising and communications strategy, strengthening the resources, partnerships, and storytelling needed to advance equitable access to education, literacy, and information. This position will oversee major gifts, institutional fundraising, donor engagement, and strategic communications, working closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and cross-functional teams to support the organization’s next phase of growth.
This is a full-time, salaried role, remote-eligible with a strong preference for candidates based in the Washington, DC–Maryland–Virginia (DMV) region to support in-person collaboration and relationship-building.
