New contract · May – December 2026
We’re partnering with the Public Library Association — a division of the American Library Association — on its DigitalLearn project, developing new adult digital literacy content for DigitalLearn.org: PLA’s platform of free, accessible online courses that libraries and trainers use to help adults build essential digital skills.
Selected through PLA’s spring 2026 RFP process, LWB US serves as Subject Matter Expert/Writer and Instructional Designer, working alongside PLA’s program and eLearning teams.
01
Draft and refine course modules and outlines — including the Basic Search and Basics of Videoconferencing modules currently in review.
02
Shape toolkits and self-paced online learning courses with complementary training materials for libraries and trainers.
03
Content built into engaging, accurate, and accessible learning experiences on DigitalLearn.org — development running May through December 2026.
Digital skills are a prerequisite for daily life — work, school, healthcare, and connection. DigitalLearn.org puts free, plain-language courses in the hands of every library and trainer helping adults get online.
This national partnership extends our digital literacy and inclusion work from individual communities to a platform used by libraries across the country.
